LuShae Jewelry has a lot of nice pieces from rings, to pendant, to earrings. Their designs are very trendy and original. What other jewelry store do you know of that sells a Cinderella Promise ring? Yes that is the actual name of the ring. My absolute favorite ring is called the Bow Tie Love Promise Ring. It is sexy, trendy, and classic. Its something you have to see for yourself (thats why I don’t have a picture). I guarantee that you will never see anything like it anywhere else but at LuShae Jewelry. It looks like something Carrie of Sex In The City would wear. Even though I love the design of the rings, they also serve another purpose. They can mean something symbolic to you or the one who has brought you the promise ring. Ladies, its okay to buy this ring for yourself. Some of the promises you can make are to love yourself, love who you are, etc. Right now they are having a 50% off sale, so go get your jewelry while its discounted heavily. The price is only for a limited time. Click the link below to be directed straight to LuShae Jewelry’s website.

- Comments Off on Hot This Week: Amazon.com
I absolutely love amazon.com!! Here is a place where you can get things cheaper than you ever have before without bidding and sitting at your computer all day (sorry Ebay). I use them to buy books, movies, and video games. Actually the system that I use is buy video games then take them to GameStop for trade ins. Video games on amazon.com are dirt cheap compared to what you will pay at GameStop for games. Today only they are having a gold box sale on xbox360 items so if you have an amazon.com account you might want to take advantage of that sale today. I know I am, lol. The thing I love best about amazon.com is they have this option called Amazon Prime. Yes, a year’s membership is 75 bucks. But your shipping on certain items is free. They have a free 1 month trial and I would recommend for everyone to sign up for that. Most of the times when you have Prime your item will come out even cheaper because you don’t have to pay shipping. Oh did I also mention that you get free 2 day shipping with Prime? So if you’re an avid Amazon.com shopper, I think Prime is the best way to go.

- Comments Off on Wii: Spongebob Squarepants Boating Bash coming to Wii
THQ Inc. today announced plans to deliver its first demolition derby style party game, SpongeBob’s Boating Bash, in spring 2010. Currently in development for the Wii video game system, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo DSi, SpongeBob’s Boating Bash is a high energy and fast-paced video game that lets players compete as one of nine SpongeBob characters and “crash-n-bash” their way to victory within demolition arenas throughout Bikini Bottom. The multi-player game allows up to four players to drive more than 100 customized boat mobiles, while trying to knock off and collect other boat parts in order to earn points and move up levels, and ultimately earn their boat mobile license.
About SpongeBob’s Boating Bash
After failing to pass Ms. Puff’s boat mobile driving class 78 times, SpongeBob SquarePants remains determined to finally earn a boat mobile license but is tricked into taking the wacky “Learn to D.R.I.V.E.” course offered to him by a shady shark named Seymour Scales. SpongeBob has no idea that the course literally will steer him in zany directions. SpongeBob’s Boating Bash will introduce an off-the-wall driving adventure that will have players swerving to avoid obstacles, crashing against other boat mobiles to win a race, all the while collecting boat parts to earn points. Driving behind the wheel of customizable boat mobiles, players will wreak havoc and demolish their opponent’s boats to ultimately be the last one standing.
My son would be upset if he knew this game wasnt released by microsoft. But he has a DS, so this should make him very happy. I havent liked any of the Spongebob games that have been released. They have no replay value what-so-ever in my opinion. But this game has potential. I can see lots of family game nights, or something that your kids can play with their friends. Im crossing my fingers that this will come to xbox 360.

- Comments Off on PS3 Motion Controller Had Been Delayed
Sony’s PlayStation 3 Motion Controller won’t be hitting stores this spring. The company announced today its still-unnamed peripheral has been delayed until this coming fall for all territories, implying the titles that utilize the tech aren’t quite ready yet.
“We have decided to release the Motion Controller in fall 2010 when we will be able to offer an exciting and varied line-up of software titles that will deliver the new entertainment experience to PS3 users, ” said Kazuo Hirai, President and Group CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment Inc.
“We will continue to work to have a comprehensive portfolio of attractive and innovative games for the Motion Controller, not only from SCE Worldwide Studios but also from the third party developers and publishers, whom we have been working closely with. We look forward to soon unveiling the exciting software line-up that further expands and defines the PS3 platform as the ultimate entertainment system for the home.”
Announced at this past E3, the PlayStation 3 Motion Controller was originally planned for spring 2010, but Sony has since been quiet about its launch plans.
Sony has also yet to confirm a name for the controller, though, recent comments from Electronic Arts CEO John Riccitiello hint the motion controller may be called “Gem.”
At last year’s Tokyo Game Show, Sony also revealed a list of several titles that will incorporate the motion wand, including Resident Evil 5 (Gold Edition), LittleBigPlanet Motion, and Ape Escape PS3.
Resident Evil 5 (Gold Edition) is currently scheduled for release this March in Japan, but it may also be delayed now, too. We contacted Capcom for an update.

- Comments Off on Has Activision Lost The Good Part of Their Minds?
I went on xbox3650 achievements.com this morning and found this little interesting tidbit:
Without giving its consumer (aka us) any notice, Activision has decided not to renew its licenses with Marvel Comics for the use of their characters in downloadable content. This includes the Hero and Villain packs from Marvel Ultimate Alliance, as well as the Character Pack and Juggernaut download for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2. All of the content has now been pulled from the marketplace. Could this be a reaction to poor sales and review scores for MUA2? Perhaps, but it’s still a pretty crappy move. In a somewhat more classy move however, the trailer for the DLC you can no longer get it still up! Smooth, Activision. Real smooth.
Responding to criticism, Activision claims the content was a “limited time offer” that was always set to expire on December 31st, 2009. Guess they forgot to mention that when it was offered in the first place… and when they decided to include extra achievements tied to the content. If you hadn’t already purchased the content and were planning on picking up MUA2, you can now plan on maxing out at 1000/1250.
However, MUA1 still has the option of getting a copy of the “Gold” version of the game at retail which includes all the DLC on disc. Perhaps Activision will offer something similar for MUA2 as well, but remember the poor sales and review scores I mentioned? That might hinder those chances a bit. We’ll of course post news if that changes in the future.
I for one am very disappointed in this decision. I absolutely loved the first Marvel Ultimate Alliance, and I had plans on getting the second one. But when I look at the fact that Im only missing out on a couple of achievements, Im not that really upset. If your not one who wants to up your achievements then this dumb decision shouldnt bother you. But if you are an achievement hound then this can be a bummer.

- Comments Off on Weekly Random Thought: Fantasia’s Brother Joe..Has He Lost His Mind?
For 2 weeks now I have watched Fantasia’s reality show on VH1 titled Fantasia For Real. I am enjoying getting to see her life besides being my favorite singer in the game now. I am a Fantasia fanatic, but anyway..I couldnt help but notice what a big heart she has. She is taking care of her family. Most of us would do the same thing because we all promise our family we would take care of them if we became rich. But her 28-year-old brother Joe a.k.a Teeny is another different story. He thinks that because he didn’t become famous that Fantasia can’t tell him what to do. She doesn’t know the game like he does. I think this is sad because their mother Diane is to blame. If he was raised to stand on his own 2 feet then, they wouldn’t be in this situation. But for him to feel entitled to something that he didn’t work hard for isn’t fair. Is this the message that we want to send to our black men? You arent entitled to anything because youre around to collect. Of course, Tasia put him out. But the real kicker for me was his girlfriend. Yes, this trifling fool had a girlfriend. If he can’t be considerate to his sister, what makes you think that he will be care about you and your feelings when you tell him he’s trifling. Next week on the show, Teeny explodes on Fantasia in a crying fit, saying she’s changed since she’s won AI. Well Teeny your right. She’s more confident in who she is, she’s more responsible, and she’s richer. When you were benefiting from that you were fine with it.
Last year I noticed that a lot of 80’s looks and trends are coming back. This year will be no exception. For our first fashion of the week for the new year, I give you neon nails. This look has been spotted on many Hollywood starlets that have walked the red carpet. Although this is not a trend I will be participating in, if I had to choose a neon color to wear on my nails; it would be a hot pink (since pink is my favorite color). I think that it all depends on the personality of the wearer. If you work a professional day job, I would not recommend this trend, but if you’re a rebel….GO FOR IT!!!
